Ryhope Boxing & Fitness has created a safe space for my son who struggles with Autism & ADHD to let off steam. The coach’s have patience and understanding and make everyone that joins feel welcome.
It is great gym.👍😁
Highly recommend Ryhope boxing gym,great coaches with wealth of experience always trying to get the best out of people,I've been here 2 year now and haven't looked back, very friendly gym,everyone helps eachother to progress and your not just a number like most gyms.
