Absolutely lovely spot and perfect hotel to take in the scenery! The owners have taken care of every detail! The room was so comfortable, lounge area with huge picture windows overlooking the ocean and even prompt service of beer and cocktails was welcome after a day of travel. The breakfasts each day were freshly cooked to order and continental fare was tasty as well! No negatives, this is a magnificent place to stay to take in all Mevagissey has to offer!
Very warm personal welcome and excellent food. The view from the hotel is amazing and not too far to walk to Mevagissey which is really beautiful. Ideal place to stay for visiting The Lost Gardens of Heligan and other local attractions.
What a find! The views are amazing from this hotel but it’s not just all about the view. The level of service and attention to detail go above and beyond. Our room (11) was lovely with its own terrace and large bathroom. Very comfortable bed with luxurious bed linen and towels. Also, good coffee and tea making facilities. Great place going back next year.
My husband and I stayed at Mevagissey Bay hotel last weekend. We were warm welcomed by Roy (the owner). He showed us around the hotel and facilities. The bookings included breakfast. We were amazed by the view from the hotel, it was memorable especially when you were experiencing the five dolphins swimming on the coast. The service was excellent given by both Roy and Sam. I would recommended anyone who wants to getaway from busy life and work.
