En mi caso, reservamos un ecento para octubre, cancelamos en agosto y es la fecha que no nos han podido hacer el rembolso. Muy mal.
En octubre tenía un banquete, por causas de seguridad ante la pandemia cancelé desde el mes de agosto hasta el día de hoy no han hecho mi reembolso.
