After the Fox Nine News Report on Sunday May 11 why would anyone want to ride Metro Transit.
Security on the train completely sucks! I witnessed thugs sneeking on, attacking and spitting on people and then getting off. 911 was called and they did absolutely NOTHING about it. The city of Minneapolis could care less about the safety of those who visit. Spend your $$$ elsewhere & if you decide to hang in this dump city, drive in. Take transit at your own risk. You've been warned!
I was assaulted last night on a train leaving the Garth Brooks concert. First had to wait for 30 minutes before a train even showed up. Then a group of 8 thugs jumped the fences and pushed their way on to the train once it finally showed up. Then they proceeded to use vulgar language and verbally harass paying customers. Easiest way to get around and see the metro area.
I commute to downtown Minneapolis from Richfield. The way in is fine, but the way home is terrible. They are never on schedule and I cannot rely on them. After over an hour of waiting tonight I’m done.
Train is convenient but customers smoke, fight, sleep, and talk trash a LOT. Not always a pleasant experience
