BE ON TIME......... ..
RecommendedTwice in two days that the Green Line has been running 2 cars per train instead of 3 during peak hours. This is resulting in overcrowded trains, people tripping over bikes and strollers (and kids in strollers), with the worst portion of the trip near the University of Minnesota campus. Please do better, Metro Transit!
They are always running late .the come on time. they are always block the rise North parking lot so the rises van can't get around them
Sitting at train stop for 20 mins almost and no train no alerts or nothing. This transit has gone to garbage over the past two years. In the morning have to deal with drunks that don’t pay for fares however if I don’t I get a ticket. They spread across the floor and seats. You got homeless people peeing all over the place and having sex in front of people. This has completely gotten out of hand. Their alert is is garbage just like the service
In the 80s I rode the bus to and from college and work. I'm back riding the bus and so impressed with the hospitality and service-oriented mindset of today's bus operators. Our Cottage Grove northbound 361B driver Lamont is exceptional! Every morning he greets us by name, attends to our safety, strives to keep on schedule (even under difficult weather/mechanical circumstances), and sends us off with inspirational words of wisdom and hope. hire bus drivers that aren't rude and follow schedules posted
because your bus drivers come to the bus stops early and they don't be on time and they leave people sitting on the street at 11 at night when they like to go home after work this has happened more than once I'm getting real tired of it
The website is terrible. Plan your trip shows busses that don’t exist if you actually look at a routes schedule. Busses upwards of 20-40 minutes late. They can’t seem to keep aspects of the website and scheduling up to date. Better off walking than waiting around for the bus.
Knowledgeable call in staff and friendly and helpful drivers and supervisors who were on the spot yesterday during the Presidential visit to redirect this skeptic to the adjusted bus stop.
