Yesterday I was on the 21 bus I get off a block away there are people without masks 🎭 no socal distances and someone sneezes on the light rail today without mask 😷 I think Metro Transit only allows people that have masks on the buses or light rails just saying poor management!! F fail the people 🦠

Was late for work due to the 64 being full . Really ? People who aren’t essential shouldn’t be on the bus right now . Or atleast have more often buses

If I had a dollar for every scheduled bus that never showed up, I could buy my own car. I can’t afford to keep getting a Lyft or missing my shifts at work.

Metro Transit has a firm no refund policy, even for their Metro Mobility To-Go card program. If the To-Go Metro Mobility card holder passes away, Metro Transit will still refuse to refund any unused account balance to the account holder's estate.

Thank you so much for continuing to run during these hard times. My only complaint is people who board carrying an overpowering scent, like weed and too much cologne. I have nothing against weed itself but when someone boards smelling like they hotboxed for a week straight or bathed in cologne it makes me nauseous and dizzy, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Can anything be done about this? I usually am not one to complain but it’s getting kind of ridiculous. Thank you again for your services 💜

trains are worse now. they cut the trains in half and don't allow anyone to sit in the first section behind the driver. so now you have more people riding with less space between riders. I hate having to take the train to work but I have no choice. the amount of homeless riding has increased as well. Haven't seen transit police in months

I'm an essential employee here in the cities. i work at a grocery store. several things: There's a bus stop at 46th St and Minnehaha Ave. i get off at it every single day i work. 90% of drivers will blow past it even if i yank the cord at 42nd Ave right after that stop so they know i want the 46th and Minnehaha stop. and if i say anything, they screech the bus and tell me it's not a stop (why post a schedule for my bus there if it's not a stop for my bus? why list it in the...Continue Reading
