Buses routinely do not show up, and, worse, the app shows them as though they are arriving, and then, at 1 min away, it disappears from the app, and sometimes a bus comes anyway (but you wouldn't know), and many times it doesn't. Appalling given the amount of funding and the size of the organization that the app can't manage to show if a bus isn't coming.

More drunk and disruptive people on the green line today. I had my kids on there and had my baby in a carrier. This man started threatening my kids and me despite not saying anything to him. What exactly are you guys doing to make sure everyone is safe and has an enjoyable trip? This isn’t the first time I have been threatened on the green line. This situation is getting unbearable.

green line is almost always a miserable experience, not to mention unsafe. Always urban thugs intimidating passengers and smoking weed and cigarettes . Maybe if you actually have to pay fare to ride, this wouldn't happen.

Stop allowing the transit centers as homeless and pot smoking dens.

I just got an alert that my bus is being cancelled for the fifth business day in a row. When calling to discuss the issue I am told that as a commuter from the western suburbs I am not a high density ridership therefore they pull our drivers for high density routes. Let me explain this to you from a customer experience aspect; what I just heard is “you are not as important as our other customers”. Not okay MTC. Not okay.

Nextrip is a joke, busses will drive right past people waiting to catch said bus, the screens with the schedules listed along side rapid bus lines, bus stations and train stations don't work half the time, and their only suggestion for all of this is just to arrive extra early to the bus stop which is extra fun in Minnesota winter. If you have the opportunity to avoid metro transit, do it.

How the hell is it when you’re late, it’s like oh well? But when I’m running for the bus, and you take off, it’s my fault.

The train is fine for the most part, and the scheduling is pretty consistent. The big issue i have is the cleanliness of the trains (especially at night). Literally smells like piss throughout the whole cart and it literally makes me feel like every chair is covered in them no matter where I choose to sit.
