2 complaints filed and still no response even though I was told someone would contact me. Buses are unreliable, drivers are rude. yell at passengers and I have seen drivers make racist comments toward other passengers. Doesn't that bother you Metrotransit?

They need to be non-political when scheduling trains for special events. Ridiculous that no trains to get home from the Trump Rally but trains run late for sporting events and concerts. Corruption at it's finest in Minneapolis. Frey does not speak for all of us.

I ride the 375 bus. IT IS ALWAYS MIA!!!! The technology for metro transit is lacking. I use the text notification at my bus stop but I never receive a text.

If you like walking, you should ride metro transit because it is usually faster to walk. If you are having to travel more than two miles, it might be worth it to wait for a “scheduled” bus, but it’s generally better to cut your losses and just get some exercise at the same time.

early morning service is a joke. I have to deal with bus drivers just assuming that nobody is going to show up to the bus stop and pulling off 5 minutes early even though somebody is walking up before the time theyre supposed to be there. 1 bus every hour is not cutting it. you need more early morning busses because your bus drivers have no respect or sence of timing. somehow even though I leave hours early you guys still manage to make me late for work and im sick of it.

highly unreliable, often train will be as much as 8 min off schedule if you're lucky, and often they will go 30 min or more off schedule with no announcements. however if the superbowl is in town then they'll run on time, but for actual residents it's a crap shoot as to whether or not the train will arrive on schedule or worse be evacuated.

Where the hell is the green line at target field? Tons of people waiting to get home after the game. Disappointed.
