Recommendedgo everywhere cost less no driving stress no parking chaos
One of the WORST transit companies I’ve ever dealt with in a major city. Constantly delayed, malfunctioning trains and customer service reps without a straight answer as to why their service is not improving. Absolutely terrible.
It’s ok wish people won’t smoke weed on the train
I like not being stressed out on my way to work or on my way home. It's nice to leave the driving to someone else, especially in the winter in Minnesota!
first when they opened light rail back in 2004, it was amazing and very clean even transit officers on the board to check people with tickets. Until most present, more filthy, dirty, smelly, no sign of transit officer to check people with tickets, more homeless people advantage of free rides on the train... seriously, and have heard many accidents out there... they better fix it, controllable, more security every stations to check just like airports as well.
The 250 route in the morning is very unreliable the drivers sit in traffic instead of using express lane and sometimes they dont even show up. Fix this, the northern suburbs are only going to have more people!! People showing up late for work because of METRO is not a reputable experience.
The bus shelter area at Diamond Lake Rd. and Lyndale Ave. hasn't been plowed all winter. Absolutely awful conditions just trying to board the bus.
I agree with the previous post. What is the problem with the south leg of route??? it should not take me an hour & half to get home (7th &nic to 2nd & 13th). you seriously want a recommendation when I'm under 2 blankets trying to warm up while I write this? if you could guarantee me the same service as the 10....I would be happy to. instead I'm a very disgruntled (and cold) customer.
Bus tracking systems extremely unreliable. This include the Next Ride SMS service, the electronic signs at each stop downtown, and the Transit app. I use all my resources at my disposal to minimize waiting time and still find myself consistently waiting 15 minutes or more on the sidewalk. This is 2019, nearly everybody has an accurate, reliable GPS on their phone (technology has been around for a decade or more on phones? Even longer in handheld standalone devices.)
