Most unreliable service ever, why even install a train system in Minnesota if it can’t handle ice, snow, this is ridiculous. Can I make my trip just once on time??

Got on lightrail this morning at 28th Avenue, 2 stops in operator announces train is only going to Lindbergh. At Lindbergh he announces it is going to Fort Snelling then turning around to head back to MOA. If you want to go north you must find your own way. Nice job of stranding folks MTC! No rider alert on website, no heads up boarding train and nothing on boards at the station. You wonder why people don't like riding public transportation.

Clean out the trains and have more metro police on the trains. I witnessed a man urinating on the the train🤢. There is so much garbage on the seats, homeless people streached out and sleeping, the smell in the trains are awful. Most of the platforms are so nasty and I am so disgusted standing on it. I hope something is done about this and soon!

Metro transit's quality of service, cleanliness and timeliness, is entirely dependent on what sort of neighborhood you live in, unfortunately.

I use metro transit because I have to. That being said, I wouldn’t. Every day the train is filled with non paying homeless people. Today there is literally no seats for paying riders. Plus the smell of cigarettes and weed is overwhelming. Not sure why the rest of us have to pay for a filthy transit system. Where is the transit police during all of this? The non paying riders were on the train at Target field. You know, the first stop. So nobody is checking their tickets. Get it in line metro transit. No wonder nobody wants a... read more
