Takes forever when it actually shows up. If it does when it says it will outside of peak hours, you're very lucky.
Poor service whenever a late bus driver passes you they get no repercussions and nothing is done even when you contact customer service they give you the option of filing a complaint but that’s pure bs because I’ve filled several complaints and nothing has been done about these horrible drivers what metro transit needs to do is stop hiring these careless drivers and hire prompt drivers with better customer service skills
Metro Transit buses are always late, or don’t come at all. Avoid if possible.

Absolutely not! Waiting over 40 minutes and still counting for a bus to from Hopkins crossroads to the state fair grounds. Schedule says will run every 15 minutes, obviously not. The line is several blocks long and will take more than one bus to pick up this group that’s been waiting this long. Poor planning and customer service!
I would like to know how can a late bus go so slow and then get passed by the bus that was after the bus I'm on
It's clear that that State Fair takes precedence over your regular customers who commute from downtown daily. There are about 50 ppl who have all been standing here waiting for a bus on the 645 for 40 minutes and NOT ONE has come by. this is unacceptable! People have children to pick up and appointments to make!
RecommendedBest bunch of people you'll ever meet! Transit Police too! They even smell nice! :D
