Get rid of all the stupid automated messages! I don't need to hear 50 times that a valid proof of payment is required to occupy the station. And get rid of the corny noise boxes too
Posted that trains were to stop at 7:30pm and shut the down early with no notice. Again metro transit is unreliable and does not care about the metro residence. Excited to hear all the excuses this time, just like the rest of the winter excuses for the trains lack of reliability.
I am thankful I can ride the bus but curious how metro transit determines their ridership numbers. I ride the bus to and from the u and the number of passengers is pretty much the same day to day so why in the morning..less passengers = large bus and afternoon..more passengers = small bus with passengers standing....if you want ridership to increase improve the experience and match passengers to bus size.
Stop giving bad reviews cause they are late sometimes.. y'all act like your super important.. if you were you would probably have a car so sit back, shut up, and wait for your bus
