Over an hour late and no rider alerts. Ridiculous.
I truly enjoy taking 675 and 94 to work every day during the winter, but lately the 675 bus has been REALLY LATE, specially the 6:15 pm on Marquette. There is no communication about this and we are freezing waiting for the bus.
If your going to be late and not give announcement about it, the last your bus drivers could do when they finally arrive is pick us up in correct location of the bus stop, and be nice.
Bus is over 75 minutes late with no reason why. 589 sure raises the bar.
Website rider alert says stop at 2nd Ave and 5th street for route 263 has re-opened but the sign reads that stop is closed and drivers are not stopping. Need to offer correct information to riders.
The Northstar Commuter Train has been extremely unreliable for the past few months. Riders rely on this service as a way to get to their jobs. I understand that freight traffic is priority, but if you are going to offer commuter service, you must be somewhat reliable!!
