It's Monday morning 2/10 and the Northstar is late AGAIN! No text message. Was only 10 min late but regardless it was late. The temp outside is -11. No one wants to be outside waiting for the train. You need to text us when the train is going to be late even 2 min. I would rather sit in my car and be warm then under a light bulb you seem to think is going to keep us warm. I think you need to look at your options at contacting us again.
Northstar Train is late a lot in the cold. Should have a bus do an express run from St. Cloud to Target Field.
If I could, I would give zero stars for metro transit and NorthStar.
