I ride the Northstar. If you can guarantee on time routes but it will double the fare, that's fine. Double the fare. But you need to get better about being on time. There is no debate about that.
Waited over an hour for train before going home. No information given by MTC as to why the train was late. Not a good way to travel this winter. I have been late more this year then I ever was taking a bus from Elk River or Ramsey in the 9 years I've been taking public transportation.
Booo....My bus never arrived today. Waited 50 minutes in the cold, then had to beg a ride by car! Grrr
Everyday the past 2 weeks my bus has been late. Waiting outside for 25 minutes in -20 degree weather is not acceptable. If you guys don't follow your bus schedules then don't bother making them.
You'd think operating in MN they would have it down. But not so much.
