"Fare compliance checks" should probably focus on the 3 guys who jump up and exit the train as soon as the transit cops announce that they're checking, rather than the people who are calmly pulling out their tickets... #protip
Perhaps you should consider not switching bus drivers' routes in winter during the freezing weather. We have passengers directing the new one, on his first day he was lost and missed stops since it's dark and it's a confusing route. Alternatively have the old bus driver at least shadow him for a few days. Thank you for considering the suggestions
Thank metro transit for making me miss my appointment today thanks to the 539 bus not showing up at 3:41 at the Knox ave PR. It was great wasting my time waiting for a bus that never showed up! Irate doesn't even come close to my feelings right now!!!!
