I've been riding the metro transit for two years and am generally pleased with the service but this week 4 of the 5 busses I've gotten (all the 515) have been 10 minutes late or just haven't shown up at all and I was late to work 3 timesbecause of it. I'm not generally one to complain, I work in customer service and know what it's like to deal with crappy people, but I plan and schedule around what is posted at the bus stop and on your "my next trip" app. I've just been incredibly displeased with the service this past week. ... read more
I take an express route and it has been great! I would love to see a go-to card that is smaller and meant for a keychain (like a store rewards card). I always have my card in one hand and keys in the other when getting on in the a.m. or off at night. If my card were attached to my keys it would be easier to find and I wouldn't lose it after shoving it in my pocket.
I truly enjoy riding the city buss, unfortunately sometimes it's not reliable. When it was negative 20 out side degree ,about 2 moths ago I was waiting for bus 22 It took about an hour to come. Got so cold couldn't even feel my hands and fee. I was unhappy, so at least they should created some kind heating area for all bus stops, and be on time please,. Anyway I still enjoye it. Great job for the new rail train which means no more city buss what's sweet. Thank
Tonight's commute was awful and I was so grateful to be on a nice warm dry bus with someone else driving! Thank you Metro Transit!
