RecommendedFriendly, helpful staff! I quite enjoy my bus trips. Plus - in bus WiFi and and bike rack equipped!
Here’s an idea: If you’re short on drivers, how about just canceling some routes and updating your app rather than telling passengers that a bus will be arriving at a stop at a specific time and then NEVER SHOW UP!?! Lots of fun watching the “Real Time” count down until the bus just DISAPPEARS!?!
Terrible! Service to NE minneapolis has been very unreliable. Lots of canceled/no show routes (especially the 141 which is totally hit or miss). Buses are so full drivers aren't taking passengers. Don't count on this service to get you home.
they don't give their bus drivers enough time to finish a route before starting it again making it so everyone is late and every bus stop is late.
Constantly cutting buses. So frustrating. Over half the drivers drive SO crazy I fear for my life! Always horrible service.
RecommendedThe reliability of route 365 is dependent to much on the driver. I have seen watched later 365 buses pass me before. If I miss my normal driver's time, there is no telling when I will get to work.
Late every single day and not a single thing changes. I shouldn't have to be making consistent excuses and route changes to be on time. Starting giving incentive for a sense of urgency. Most of us cannot afford to be late to our jobs. I find it ridiculous that we are running in the driver's schedule and not the set schedule. Fix it and maybe your ratings would improve.
The driver for the 540 I catch at 74th and Metro Boulevard (bus #60081) is never on time. He is ten minutes late and I often miss the 3:01 #535 to go home to downtown Minneapolis, forcing me to wait another 20-25 minutes for another 535. Going to work in Edina on the 6K has been loads of fun too because the drivers either don't know where the hell they are going or drive way too slowly and I end up clocking in late to work.
