Back in February... (Verified Renter) Back in February 2029, I mentioned bedroom window sill had water damage and I was told that Lincoln did NOT have a carpenter. After 8 months, I recently had a small flood in my apartment. Notified maintenance and they came up stating I needed two new windows in bedroom due to water coming in through them.
