(Verified Renter) That would have been a 10 but it really has deteriorated in the past year ... it's not luxury living because neighbors are not respectful or thoughtful, they dont return things, they leave their trash around, they clog up the chutes for trash or recycling, they don't bother returning things like shopping carts, they don't pick up after their dogs outside, sometimes inside.
