We love the... (Verified Renter) We love the location and surroundings as well as the friendliness of everyone, also towards dogs. However, for a Luxury Apartment Building (indicated on the street sign), the structures are dated and the build out (doors, closet doors, cabinetry) cheaply made. The same is true for the appliances, which are low cost and loud.
Everyone who lives... (Verified Renter) Everyone who lives here is friendly. The snow removal is a huge help. The property is clean and quiet.
An amazing 6 years and counting! We have lived at Metro Marina Bay for 6 years, going on 7 and have been very pleased. The professionalism from the office and maintenance staff is consistent. Throughout our time here, the building has been improved upon dramatically. It looks like a newer building, even though it is not. The grounds are very well kept, and the building is always so clean.
