(Verified Renter) That would have been a 10 but it really has deteriorated in the past year ... it's not luxury living because neighbors are not respectful or thoughtful, they dont return things, they leave their trash around, they clog up the chutes for trash or recycling, they don't bother returning things like shopping carts, they don't pick up after their dogs outside, sometimes inside. My roommate and... (Verified Renter) My roommate and I remark multiple times per week how much we love living in Metro. We joke that we find every excuse to work from home or to be at home because we enjoy it so much. Not only is the apartment gorgeous, the location, the amenities, the other residents, and so much more, is beyond expectations. In addition, I have moved almost 10 times and this was by far the easiest move, we even remarked that it was a fun day!
