Verified Renter So far, super happy with the apartment, facilities and staff. Having so many dogs in the building makes me very happy for my pup (hoping neighbors are open to socializing their dogs too).

Verified Renter Very organized, nice community, and clean apartments. Maintenance team is great and so are the workers at Metro. The location is great and a lot of good parking opportunities. Gym has a peloton.

My apprehension about Marina Bay has been destroyed by the warmth received from residents and especially eileen and her team. The love residents have for Pets is refreshing.

The amenities are decent, and the place is generally clean. The staff and neighbors are friendly, which adds to the positive atmosphere. Verified Renter Great place to live! I enjoy activities and meeting people. Sometimes busy with work. Pet of the week is cutest. Prompt repairs when needed. The building is kept clean.
