Verified Renter Very organized, nice community, and clean apartments. Maintenance team is great and so are the workers at Metro. The location is great and a lot of good parking opportunities. Gym has a peloton.

My apprehension about Marina Bay has been destroyed by the warmth received from residents and especially eileen and her team. The love residents have for Pets is refreshing.
Verified Renter I recently moved to this apartment community from Maryland, and I’ve had some time to settle in. It’s a luxury building, though I’d say it’s along the base level of luxury. The amenities are decent, and the place is generally clean. The staff and neighbors are friendly, which adds to the positive atmosphere. Verified Renter Great place to live! I enjoy activities and meeting people. Sometimes busy with work. Pet of the week is cutest. Prompt repairs when needed. The building is kept clean.
