David was always... (Verified Renter) David was always friendly and out of his way helpful in all situations. We will miss him. Metro is a beautiful well maintained building with wonderful staff and maintenance crew.
I loved the... (Verified Renter) I loved the apartment. The people at the office and maintenance crew was excellent too. For some reason, there are a few residents who were a little snobby - they wouldn't say thank you when I would hold the door for them etc. I don't think this is a property management issue, but it was definitely a factor in deciding to leave.
The view from... (Verified Renter) The view from my 6th floor apartment is wonderful. The Victory Rd traffic right under my unit is extremely loud with motor cycles, fire engines, ambulances. It is like living on a highway. I can deal with that for the view but my visiting brother said he couldn't. I think the Marina Bay community will need to address noise pollution at some point.
It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a lovely, peaceful, extremely well-run building in an enjoyable neighborhood. The staff is the BEST and the services are outstanding.
Happy with the... (Verified Renter) Happy with the apartment, very comfortable, bright and looks good. Only issue is you can hear the neighbour through the adjoining wall even when they are not speaking very loud.

Apartment roomy. 24 hr assistant for apartment emergency Matainance or medical emergency.Quiet with a game room gym.Tenants range from singles to families.parking on site inbound or out.Yearly barbecue for tenants.Staff notification prior to entering apartment. I've lived here for 8 yrs plan on living here past retirement.
