Stumbled on this dealership by accident. Looking around for a vehicle with certain options they had one of the few around we were looking for. We decided to take the two hour ride to Miami and I guess it was meant to be. From meeting with our salesman Adolfo *** to driving away in our new truck the entire experience was second to none. Worst customer service from the receptionist to the owner. I paid $400 for a registration fee and never got the registration or an accounting of the money and the stupid receptionist switches me around like a **** and every one from the cashier to the salesman to the finance people tell me that I have to speak to someone else. This has happened to me before, I think they STEAL customers money and that is that.

The state sets up the tag and registration fees for all vehicles sold. We estimate it to get close enough so there are no discrepancies. We do not steal from any customer as you can see from our A+ Rating. We have been in this community over 36 years. All of our staff are courteous, friendly, and honest. Sometimes customers are the problem if they continue to have concerns with everybody they deal with.
