My girlfriend and I got a car at Metro Ford and we worked with Adolfo M. they had ran our credit before we went in a this guy went above and beyond to make sure we knew how everything worked with our new car helped with insurance and things that he didnt even need to do this was our first time buying a car and it couldn't have gone any easier would recommend this place and salesman to anyone. What a great experience! All car purchase or lease transactions should be this easy! The entire staff was very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we arrived. The process was quick and smooth. Even the general sales manager came out to make sure all was good. Adolfo m. was our salesperson and he was great! Thank you all very much metro ford for making this process the easiest one!

Before coming to Metro Ford, I was set on purchasing a Chevy Equinox. But, having driven nothing but Chrysler products for over 30 years, I knew I needed to do my due diligence and test drive more vehicles. Our salesman, Adolfo M., was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I was unhappy with the first Explorer model I test drove and ready to walk away. I purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 from Norvell G. at Metro Ford on Saturday and everyone from the manager Rob the finance guy Luis even the porter Bryan was involved in putting my deal together. We stayed there from 5:30 until 11:00 at night working out the deal and we got it done. Nice team of guys at Metro Ford.

It was very good to acknowledge that the customer is the most important ingredient in a sales. And this was exactly what Sheldon Holland sales rep did. He put me first. Anything I ask he was able to respond. Because of the great service I'm driving a brand new Ford Explorer. I sure I will do business with them again in the future.

Juan A. was a great salesman, he was not pushy and was extremely helpful thought this buying process. I had many concerts with the car and he gave me pictures of everything I asked for with no hesitation in a timely manner. The finance part of this buying process went effortlessly and he was very assuring and accommodating. He helped me do this all remotely and answered all of my questions. They made buy a car experience from start to finish very easy. Highly recommend Metro Ford.

I recently needed to replace my work truck. I researched several slightly dealer vehicles all around Florida. I am a die hard Ford F-250 owner so that decision was already made. I found the website easy to use and updated frequently with new inventory.
