I was able to bring my car in for service and an oil change. The service guy who wrote my ticket was extremely nice. He was able to show me where to go and what to do in the dealership while I waited. My car is running great and I am so happy that I switched dealers to get my car fixed. Thanks Metro Ford!

Metro Ford is an absolutely A class dealer. The dealership was clean, smells fresh, and the workers were super polite. I was greeted at the door when I walked in and was helped right away. Service on my car took little time and I was back on my way out the door. I would recommend metro to anyone. Not only for ford cars, but for all cars! They were excellent.

I've lived in Florida for over 20 years and bought many cars here, first comment I've ever written, never experienced such service of friendship and honesty! i was offered a great deal on my purchase at Metro Ford, it's the first time I've ever driven away in a car without feeling used or taken advantage of. So appreciated, so thankful, and so recommended, thank Adolfo M. for his assistance, and walkthrough guide settings of my new car. Thanks Metro Ford!

I am so incredibly happy with this dealership (METRO FORD). Adolfo Mena went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted despite the obstacles. They were friendly, patient, informative and helpful and I did not feel pressured at any time. I am a very picky and impatient person and they made the process easy. I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience. Love my new car!

I have no complaints at all, they are the best of the best. I was perplexed with the attention, the service and last but not least the hustling Adolfo M. did trying to get me the best deal was out of this world, He's top notch doing his job, you won't have any regrets with him. We went there to buy a car and we ended up buying 2 cars. Our agent Adolfo M. was very helpful and patient, he showed us the cars and explained some of the features and differences between models. It was time consuming, we spent 5 hours at the dealer but everything went on smoothly. We couldn't take the cars home the same day because our insurance company wasn't working on Sundays, therefore the insurance was not done, but the next day, I emailed everything to Adolfo M. and he did his job. My husband, Angel C. Jr, and I went to lease a 2020 Ford Explorer at metro ford and adolfo m. made the process worth the time spent there. He was very patient with me and gave outstanding service. He made sure I was happy with my pick and didn't pressure me into getting what I didn't want. If anyone out there is looking for a car metro ford is the place to go.
