THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP TO DEAL WITH !!!!! I am a single mom with 2 kids thats been without her car for almost a month and a half . They took all of my money $1800 and was only supposed to charge $99. Same day we picked my car up me and my kids almost died on 70 because someone failed to test drive my car ! They have a policy that if something was promised during the sale, and not fulfilled within 30 days that the company isnt held to it anymore!!I bought a used car from this dealership, my sales *** was ******. As part of the deal I was promised an extra key fob to be paid for and ordered by the dealership. I got it in writing as a part of the contract. Can not say enough good things about Park Ford! **** ******** sold my mom (87 years old) a new car - not an easy assignment ! And he has followed up with questions shes had! 622195 I took my car to Ford Country Henderson for service that included tire rotation, balance, alignment, and replacement of all tire lug nuts due to Ford parts warping. The service advisor recommended using aftermarket lug nuts to prevent further issues. After diagnostics, they advised the rear shocks were leaking, the left marker needed attention, the battery required service, and the headlight ring was not illuminating. Took truck to Gallagher because it i was getting a check engine light. It took them a week to even look at it, but nonetheless they called and said they were going to replace my spark plugs and coils and it would be done in about a week. That week went by with no call. So I started calling, but only getting voicemail. Nobody would even return my call after several voicemails. I bought a truck from Covert Ford Lincoln a year ago. Since it has been a year, it was time for my annual inspection. My truck failed inspection, because it has no muffler! To my knowledge, a vehicle should not be able to pass an inspection without a muffler.
