Service department is great. Service writer Vince was most attentive and help me with my problem.
Was brought in with a flat tire on a long bed and from the time I arrived to the end was treated as I was the only customer. Made me feel so special especially after such a bad day. My dealer was in Riverside but will drive the additional 12 miles to return.
We purchased an MDX in 2011. We purchased the extended warranty with a guarantee that if we don't use it we would get a set dollar amount. It is due to expire soon and they are giving us the run around. NOT how you treat good customers. If they don't pay we will be taking them to small claims. Over the years we took our MDX to metro dealer for service. Pretty disgusted with them fighting us.

Experience counts! I thought I knew what was wrong when my Acura didn’t seem to want to start and I was struggling with “oh no this is my only car and it will probably take days to fix “ Well my service manager listened and said I don’t think so and checked my battery ! So 1 hour later new battery and covered by warranty I’m good and on my way. Great experience - they really walk the walk on customer satisfaction not just talk it. I love my Acura and I love working with a professional dealership.
