My MDX 2016 (which has 12000 miles only on it) on September 15th to be fixed for an ignition problem. I was told by a "supervisor" at Metro Acura Montclair (Hector) that they would fix it "this time only" under my warranty but next time I will have to pay because the gas that is in my car seems to have some dirt. I told them I put in my car the best quality gas and I can prove it. Yet they said that they have to go with "what the sensor says" and that I will have to pay next time this happens. Complete rip-off.

I just moved to California from Florida not long ago.. brought my Acura TL in to get it checked out and I have to say the customer service experience was awesome.. Hector was great helping out what I needed to get done and even gave me discount on my oil change... I would recommend everyone to come here if they need service done to their car...

I had to go here for service and was pleasantly surprised by how amazing my service guy was. Hector Ruiz was friendly helpful and took time to listen to what I said. I would go back again for any of my service needs.

I took my car in to get some repairs done, and now my car is running great! Hector Ruiz helped me out a lot and made the whole process easy and convenient. Ask for Hector when making a service appointment, he'll take care of you!
