I came in to Mansfield Hospital through the emergency room I was told that I would have to stay overnight they gave me a room the bathroom light will not come on the bed they gave me made noise the mattress blew up off and on all night long it seemed like I was at a construction site I could not sleep I started itching and I called the nurse to bring me some Benadryl for the itch that was at 2 o'clock it is now 3:30 I have not heard from the nurse or anyone here it seems like I am in Lew Sterrett jail I am so ready to go hom... read more
We have been here since noon. Waited 2 hours in an ER room Nurse comes in asked what the doctor ordered..what doctor? Now 5 hours later, tests are done and still waiting. This hospital was close, but never again.
I was visiting Texas from Canada when I suddenly took very ill. The care I received at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center was outstanding! Everyone was so considerate and professional in their dealings with me and with my family. They made a traumatic event far from home so much easier to bear. My care was expedient, efficient, professional and compassionate. Absolutely the best hospital I've ever experienced. I initially came to the emergency room and they quickly found a room for me. All the medical staff was friendly and professional. I was admitted to a room and it was beautiful. I was so impressed with my stay here and highly recommend it to everyone.
We delivered our 2nd baby there on July 1st and did the complimentary birth photography and just took a minute to watch the CD we received and thank you is not enough!! It is priceless and something we will always cherish. Thank you for offering this service as it is to focus on our delivery and meeting our little one knowing pictures were being taken for us.
This hospital sucks...people in the E.R were great but I had be put in a room on the 5th floor and the nurses on that floor treat their patients like crap....I ended up pulling out my own I.V and took all the heart monitor patches off and walked out...will never go back to this hospital again.....
Worst billing department ever! Y'all don't mind sending me to a collection billing when the bill wasn't even 30 days old and insurance Paid it. However the incorrect doctor was sent my abnormal mammogram results which delayed testing for 2 weeks - all because your front desk clerk was more interested in talking to her friend from a different area than checking me in properly ! And it was just an OOPs sorry- Terrible service
I was sent to Methodist by my primary care physician. Very professional and efficient staff. I had a 2cm kidney stone. Great bed side manner from all and I am at home waiting to pass said stone. I'm most grateful for great service.
