Took my 15 month old to the er early on Saturday morning for a high fever and dehydration. We waited over an hour in the room before I left. Not a single nurse or doctor came to look at her. I got excuse after excuse as to why. I ended up taking her to her physician this morning and she has horrid strep throat. Thanks for nothing Methodist.
This happened to us Baylor Plano Er room rate 558.00 Methodist Richardson 1228.00 and we didn’t even get a room this was for a bed in hallway. And all testing 60 - 150 more for same test!!
Nurses and staff are all wonderful! Very attentive and helpful.
