I have had only Good things to say. They took excellent care of my dad, myself, and my son has been n there several times with some serious illnesses. He has been well treated by all the staff.
Fantastic hospital. The doctors, nurses and support staff are the most courteous and you can tell they genuinely care for their patients and the patient's family. The hospital is always clean and never smells like a "hospital". P.s. the cafe serves delicious food.
The nurse Amanda is uncaring not compassionate at all and told me I had to let them take my blood pressure. No I don't
horrible patient care. I was admitted to 2 south after surgery and because I was not a "postpartum" patient the nurses treated me differently. I went from 1500- till 2100 with no meds for pain or nausea, I was told I was not in pain I had gas. When asked if I could speak with the floor manager I was quickly discharged. Being in the medical field myself this was so unprofessional, my physician should not have had to be the one apologizing to me for the horrible treatment I received.
My dad is currently at Methodist. It is wonderful and he is blessed with wonderful nurses,doctors and all support staff.
