RecommendedReleased from emergency room today. I can actually say for the first time in my life my experience my hospital stay was memorable. Thanks to nurse Eva and Doctor Ali. Nurse Eva explained everything to me and Doctor Ali educated me on my heart and why I was having the burning feeling in my chest. I have never smiled while in the hospital so much. I even got a couple good laughs from the radiology technician that took me to have my chest x-ray. I actually felt like I had made new friends by the time I left. My wife had no comp... read more
Love Dr Mitchell & staff. They really care about their patients!!
I took a client to the emergency room ( behavioral site) and the ER admin is terrible!!! There was a blonde woman there , today at 11:41, this woman was talking to me and my client like we were manure. If you are not happy where you work specially with mental health patients - please find another job. No reason to treat public servants and civilians like manure!!
Best Staff with the Best Care
They could keep the appointments that they set (for 6 weeks out) with new patients, rather than canceling them days before the appointment.
18 hrs in the ER and been sitting in the hallway for the last 5 hours. If you can’t admit people tell them that up front so they can go somewhere else
Worst experience at ER ! My spouse went because he was in a car accident the day prior-(was rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of him ) and his toe had been dislocated and put back into place by the ER staff at Medical city Las Colinas whose ER was beyond amazing btw. It started swelling like crazy , was warm to touch and much more painful so he came in just to be safe and make sure there was not any more damage .
