I delivered my baby girl at 34wks on April 17th and i have to say i was super scared. But the wonderful nurses in L&D made me feel so at ease. To those nurses......Kimberly, Melissa, and Marta......you ladies ROCK! And to the amazing nurses in the NICU.....Jackie, Ethel, Yolanda, and Judith.....thank you for taking such great care of my baby girl Kendall Melton! We cant thank you ladies enough for taking such great care of me and my little family. We love yall and thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Christina Melton
Terrible hospital. They misdiagnosed my daughter with pneumonia when she had bronchitis and sent her to Cook's. Incurred unnecessary costs. Terrible customer service on top of that
Seven hours in the ER with no explanation of why it is taking so long and still waiting!
Took husband in for chest pains & hard of breathing...started sweating bad & had seizure. Been waiting over 2hrs in ER. A new person came in & was told wait is 5hrs & 4mins. They ran out of blankets...it's really sad how bad our health care system is.
Hospital was so awful a 6 hour wait and was still not seen so I left then they have the nerve to charge my insurance 1589.00 when I wasn't even seen by a doctor this hospital is a thief I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone. The waiting area was so dirty there were blankets all over the place the trash was over full people trash was all around the area. Just an awful experience now I have to deal with a false claim to my insurance.
If anyone that works in the ER cares, you said a doctor would see us an hour ago.
Came in an ambulance for heart issue. Was admitted but had to wait 26 hours to get a room on the floor. No bathroom in that place. It was just an examining room. They kept saying they had no beds. Just opened new tower. Real problem, they don't have staff for new bldg. duh
