Brilliant quality balloons in Hertford. Ready within the hour every time. Love this shop and it’s such a treat for the recipient for days to come. The balloons always stay floating for over a week!
I simply asked help to find a gift for a child. The lady made me feel unwanted and inadequate in the shop , She was annoyed by my questions. I didnt expect this from an independent shop where one pays more money than elsewhere.
