Would get a better review if they had more intrest in locals when season is over. But For a place to have a good time and a room. I would suggest it.
The rudest white trash people working at this dump. The large head of security guy slashed our front left tire on our van after being rude to my friend about parking . I guess he didn't like what I had to say back to him. So the next morning we had a slashed tire that we caught on video and are letting our attorney handle it. The owner is rude as well, guess it is trickle down affect to his paid losers.
Brought our family here that was visiting for the first time and was beyond dissatisfied with the service. It took about 15 minutes for the waiter to initially come to our table to take our drink order. Once he brought our drinks to us that was all we saw of him, he was not the one to bring us our food and no one asked us if the food was okay. There is no vacation relaxation here! Loud music shaking our room late at night, cannot get sleep there, then tried to relax after a day at the beach and we would not hear our tv cuz music blasting all day too! Do not stay here if you are not looking to party all day and nite!

HAD A GREAT TIME
The staff is HORRIBLE!! especially the parking attendant. I don't want to deal with that guy any more than I have to. One of the ladies in the lobby was extremely rude and pissed me off. The bar on ground level is far too loud and shakes the whole hotel all night long. DO NOT come here if you want sleep, cause you will not get it with that loud, obnoxious, annoying music until 4 AM. I will never stay at this hotel again in my life and I will surely recommend to others to never come here.
They treat locals like shit. Dont reserve a room cuz they will give it to the next customer in a second. Specifically the dumb redhead who answers the phone
It was aweful, the resort was filthy and other guests (or just people there to party) were very disrespectful of others. Loud vulgar, and police had to shoe up and make arrests. And this was within 20 minutes of our stay, so we left. The resort relies more on the money they make from these people then on bring a respectable resort, and the pictures are not reality
