The service, staff, and conditions at Lani Kai are the worst I have seen in my entire life. The staff are a bunch of thugs and criminals, I felt threatened by them and watched them beat up patrons for no reason. I went to the bathroom at dinner time and there were people washing their feet in the sinks and people spitting on the lobby floor. Gross place all around. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Your entire beach "staff" are cocks and seem to always ruin everyone's fun.
Be ready to party. Staff are assholes muscle head scrubs or fat boys. Lee county police are dicks too. Dont speak to them if your not a towny. Be young ,dont take your kids, parking attendent is a bum. Enjoyed the shows. Beach n view nice. Food ok.
Dirty!!! Loud!!! Could see light through the exterior door.

Great week at Lani Kai! Fabulous food, superb service from friendly employees and amazing view!!! Couldn't ask for anything more!!!
My family found the Lani Kai to be the best all inclusive vacation destination on Ft. Myers beach with dining, shopping, water sports, friendly staff and great entertainment!!!!
I have stayed there several times. Had no problems at all. Food was good. Drinks great. Nice view, reasonable price on rooms overall. A bit noisy at night, but expected. We are slightly older and don't mind the noise...if we did we would stay at quiet place. The good always out weights the bad. Friendly and accommodating staff.
