Don't bother going. They won't let you park no matter what you're doing. They apparently don't need or want your money.
We are having a great time!!!!! Been here since Monday and the entire staff has been very helpful. Clean room and none of the issues that I have read on this site. Thank you Lani Kai staff.
Watch your credit cards. They charge more than just your room and charge on the card days even months after your stay. Worst hotel business ever. I would stay far away from this hotel.
I didn't stay at the hotel but did eat at the rooftop restaurant. We were in town visiting my mom and stepdad. So we get seated. We are brought drinks and have our orders taken. When the food came, we had no silverware. And good luck finding the server. So we sit with our food, unable to eat until she comes to check. Oh oops, forgot the silver ware. The best place on the beach in my opinion and I've tried others and this is nice. Rooms are great. Every one has a view.
This is a freak up place. I did like it until last night. I was having a good time dancing with others just having a good ole time. Well I had folks just adoring me n ladies dancing with me. One lady thought I was a service lady bcuz I had on my red wht blue dress on n was wrapped in my army blanket just chilling. Spent money n was getting my me time. Wrote in my book n about my discovery. Then this lady just gave me ten bucks n said God bless you. I was thankful then another lady gave me ten bucks. I didn't even ask for it.... read more
As two young married professionals. This place is absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed. Per staff "if you are not looking to get black out drunk and end up in the back of a cop car, then this place is not for you." Wouldn't stay here again for a million dollars. Very much a under age spring break location.
Would have been better if I just camped out on the beach. Woke up at 2:30 a.m. to a guy standing by my bed. He had broken the sliding glass door lock. Luckily, we scared him away but I'm thankful I wasn't here with my family. The hotel's response was terrible. Their response when I called the front desk was "what do you want us to do?". They had no one to fix the lock that night and couldn't move us to another room. They promised to fix the lock in the morning but didn't. We had to go to front desk to remind them.
