Great club down stairs by the beach n great front office
I had bed bug bites on both legs. Beach has worms all over & Brown water (sewage). Loud band until 2 am.
I stayed here on 6/11/16 - Pros: Friendly staff at check-in; my room was great - very clean, a/c cold, nice flat screen tv, comfortable bed, excellent view! I can see how parking could be difficult, but the parking attendant was accommodating when I needed a handicap accessible space and none were available, he made room for me - moving his own vehicle, so I wouldn't have to park across the street. Place is a joke, goto motel 6 promise it will be more comfortable and friendly.
The shower is weak no water pressure, everything else is fine.
I was at the bar and went to ladies room came out and the security told me I had to leave i only had two small Bloody Mary with half shots and one captain and was told i was too intoxicated really i seen people drink more than and crazier i feel i was singled for no reason very disappointed especially when we liked going there
Idk what people are talkin about with the bed bugs we stripped our bed to check when we checked in and it was spotless. Awesome bars tons of stuff to do on site... beautiful beach. Comfortable bright room and comfy bed ...i had a wonderful time and the staff was very nice and professional! !! My only complaint is i wishh i didn't have to leave sooo soon . I loved my stay at Lani Kai :)

I'm a local, and know the reputation for being a party spot..but..that being said, in recent years I've stayed there several times with the hubby and with the girls. Never have I had anything but a good time. Yes parking should be better managed and the elevator always being broken stinks! It's a plus having the bars and music close. The noise is manageable by closing doors and drapes. The veiw makes the cost worthwhile.
