The rooms are much improved since remodeling has been done. I'm enjoying my 2 day stay very much!
I've been there twice in march 2012 and February 2014 and I'll be back come February 2015! The big building is beautiful!! ❤it I hope yall renovated the building across the street as well!!

This isn't an easy review to write because the Lani Kai is what it is. If you're a 20 something looking for a good time on the beach and you don't mind a few roaches and a lot of residual party noise, this is probably the place for you. Thirty - something looking for a party atmosphere but still need a clean quiet room? Party here but stay somewhere else. I love it...always have, been going there since the early 80's...they have the best rum runners on the beach, gorgeous view and the most happening place on the beach......the restaurant is good and the view from the roof is gorgeous! I would recommend...

I just had my wedding at Lani Kai on July 12 and it was the most special day of my life. I have Danielle Pierce to thank for all of that. She is absolutely amazing! I live in Chicago and had to put all my trust in her and she did an amazing job. The whole time I was confident and knew my wedding would be amazing. She is so passionate and lively. Extreme drop in service and experience from many years of visiting. Parking - told no parking in lot unless handicap or hotel resident and referred across the street. Across the street was full. When I told the parking attendant he said he didn't know and just walked away from me. A main attraction to eating at Lani Kai is the validated parking. No more I guess. My husband and i went there for our honey moon. We had a blast. The staff was awsome. Now we heard they have even redone 100 rooms. We cant wait to go back this weekend! If you like to have fun and your feet in the sand, dining, dancing, pool and beach, beutiful sites. Then your going to the right place. Rates are also awsome! Cant wait to get back.
