Waiting for 3 hrs with my Dad at risk of stroke or heart attack and to be told i dont know when he will be seen
First off the staff and nurses are ok it's just the wait times that kill you I do receive good care when I go and do to my colostomy I go there frequently unfortunately but if you can get over the wait it's pretty decent care there are a few Dr there that have given me a hard time Dr Strauss and Dr solosvki but Dr kotch is amazing thank you
I have to give a positive shout out to the staff at the Meritus ER. I, unfortunately had a mishap in my kitchen last Thursday night at 9:45 and needed to go to the ER to get 5 stitches in my finger. Believe it or not I was in and out in 1 hour. The staff, were all so friendly and helpful. I don't remember anyone's name at the moment but I'm thankful and appreciative of the care that I received that night. Thanks Meritus ER staff!
That place is a joke my husband never got seen and we were there for 5 he's glad his wasn't dying thanks for all your help NOT!!!!!!
I came in could not walk like electric going down my leg, it was packed I wanted 3 hours people walk in with just a cold or a cut went right back, and I am sitting in a wheelchair I have to have help, I just left the we, they kept saying I had one a head of me and four went back. I thought they built the new hospital so this would not happen, what happened to you all, I am so disappointed, now I have to sit home with no feelings in my legs. I called my doctor he is not at all happy with you all.

Frankie was taken into the ER having a Stroke, and received excellent treatment from the entire staff of the ER Dept and 5TH Floor South. He is now home and has recovered at least 95% of all functions that he did not have when arriving there yesterday morning. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
