this place almost killed my daughter, forgot about her for hours and then tried to send her home with a UTI. she actually needed emergency surgery 7 hours later. surgeon said she wouldn't have made it to the morning
Worst place to go in case of an emergency! Next time we are going to Frederick !!! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone �
2 hours waiting when I could hardly get my breath whole place didn’t have one person over the age of 25 in charge bunch of young girls running the place and they didn’t care what was wrong with you
Wait was over 6 hours. Came in with rapid heart rate and breathing issues. After seeing the provider i was told i need to get a ct scan and breathing treatment and he left. I told the nurse i have trouble with the iv dye and she said she would speak with the provider. Well while i was waiting i had a plain albuterol breathing treatment. The doctor never came back in to check my lungs or ask how i was doing. They were sitting out in the nurses area talking about football while all the patients wait. My brother has been sick for a long while they got him in without filling out any paperwork. And gave us forms for financial aid. I think my brother is going to make it.
They took my son right in! I love this hospital, everyone is so nice!
My 12 year old daughter has Celiac. She was having stabbing pains and vomiting. We waited two hours then heard it's a good four hour wait many other children were also waiting. We Walked out(along with many others) This community is growing tremendously and a children's ER should have been put in place when the hospital was built. Will drive "over the mountain" next time for quality ER care.(your surgery center is excellent...so I'm baffled)
