Most disappointed, my parents had a shed delivereshd and installed by merit in October, the shiplap has separated and there are gaps in between. My mother has called the stonham barns branch and was told this often happens. She was told she could send a email to head office but they would give the same answer. Edit.. I received a reply to my review asking to send pictures, documents to their head office. Still no response. Edit...2 years on and still no response. New pictures of shed now.

Purchased a shed from this company in 2022. It was installed in June/July. All in all, the shed looked okay, but there were gaps where the roof was fitted, and some of the corner pieces are too short, so they simply cut another piece of wood to make up the length. The cut ends are exposed. Then a lock barrel broke, and another door handle fell off because of a poorly tightened screw, extremely small requiring a small allen key. All went well until there was a problem just beyond the 6 month 'no quibble' guarantee.The felt on the roof had started to come away at the seam and Merit have failed to resolve the issue. I usually work under the assumption that one gets what one pays for but, in hindsight, I would have been better off getting a cheap shed from a DIY chain. I won't be recommending anyone to Merit.
