Had to make two trips for an X-ray, the first one didn't have a diagnosis so they wouldn't do the X-ray, the second time they didn't see that it said stat on the paperwork so they didn't read it promptly,
Brought mommy in by ambulance AFeb right in. Now waiting on a room and they put her in a holding room with several beds with curtains.. the bad smell of smoke is over whelming.. making me sick.. totally uncalled for..
I've been very disappointed by the care I've received here. Thanks goodness for Cleveland clinic being able to fix their mistakes. It's clear that this hospitals infrastructure is antiquated. And while most of the doctors and nurses were amicable, the level of care was generally poor.
My mother was in for surgery and the staff was great

other then waiting 4 hours for a scheduled test, very frustrating, the front desk people were great, very pleasant and helpful .
My mom had a knee replacement. The staff in pre-op and recovery were awesome. Rachel was the best. The nurses on the were great. Staff seems awesome.
