Worst staff worst fake security I'm n a wheelchair can't wall and two leg amputee the police were very rude and abusive pulling my hair one cop even pushed on nose with his thumb saying it was a pressure point and he said he wasn't stoppin until it hurt
Kicked the father out of delivery for refusing to leave mother to the waiting room for epideral. Willingly and was already outside the room, as is protocol, as stupid as that is(a room that just had 8 people in it is not suddenly more sterile for one person leaving.... Which, he left the room to outside the door without issue or complaint) Pushy nurses with attitude. Rude, and heinous beyond words.... Literally ruined sons birth. Criminal

I would like to say thank you so much to the crew at Mercy Med Radiology dept. for the help they gave me getting my dad ready for his MRI. They treated him so gently and with so much respect. A special shout out to Angela, she got him dressed and back in his wheelchair for me. She just said she thought I could use a break.
Horrible experience there . 2 1/2 hrs wasted and still know nothing. Temp of 104.7 guess that's not a priority to find out why.
I had my first (scheduled by my doctor) with Pain Management and it was the WORST visit I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!! a "flunkie" by the name of Beth was a straight B**** and I told her so apparently staff is trained POORLY with the communication within office as prior to my appt . I was treated as though I lied about my arrival time NO ONE at desk nor was I asked yet signed in as form required THAT accusation set the tone for a negative experience I doubt very much if I will utilize this hospital I would rather travel to... read more

It takes very special people to handle some of the situations you do and I admire your dedication and genuine concern for people whom you have never met and may never meet again. A very special thank you to Ivan in ICU (I will never forget the kindness and attention you showed me. Stay cool.) and to Katie on floor 2 (I am glad I could be your "sweet pea". Keep up the hard work and dedication, believe me it doesn't go unnoticed).
They are hospital and stuff very helpful. They treating him great better than other hospital where we was at.
