after telling them what I needed done I waited for 3 hours got into a room waited another hour no one came in to check on me then after I went to the desk to see why I haven't got my test done they said there wasn't an order and I can wait longer for another dr to come on shift to get the order in, I was very upset and I told them I was leaving and I did, other times I had no problems but this time was a nightmare.

I have never been to mercy except for an outpatient treatment. Everyone there from the nursing supervisor down to the housekeeping staff were amazing. It made my stay that much easier. Thank you so much for a great experience!
My mother-in-law is getting excellent care. The nurses are great! The sweet thing hadn't really talked or smiled in months and mostly moaned. Today at the hospital she was talking and smiling and is such an improved condition. She is feeling so much better. And she looks so much better. I am glad that at this time she is not in so much pain. Thank you Mercy Medical!
I just want to give a huge thanks to the nurses and aids on floor 2 surgical. They made my eight days stay so comforting. They truly went out of their way to make me comfortable. You all are so wonderful. I am so grateful for you. Thank you so much!!
I was only there a couple days but the nurses, assistant, Drs, surgery nurses from beginning to end were amazing! Shout out to 2nd floor!!! Daniel is awesome!
Waiting in the ER waiting area for about 2 hours now. Post- op complications from an appendectomy. Pain score of 10. Doctor told us to come back and already ordered a scan, but here I sit. I'd rather be giving birth without an epidural right now. Can hear people in the back laughing and bullshitting. When I came in yesterday with appendicitis and a pain score of 8-9, I waited for 6 hours for pain meds while I watched employees stand around and shoot the breeze. Every time I come here it is an extremely long wait! I came here over a month ago for a dislocated rib and was here 5 hours in the waiting room for most of it. Now I got into a car accident on my way home from work and been waiting 2 hours of a 3 to 4 hour wait this hospital is ridiculous! Go to Aultman!
I liked mercy very much however their payment system, Paymed Solutions is HORRIBLE. Been making payments a long time and it's almost always extensive waits or getting put on hold and never getting a rep to pick up again w/o calling back. Either the employees need more help or aren't doing their jobs, the superiors must be severely out of touch with what's going on. There's an automated way to pay by check but not card. It's ridiculous.
