We were at the Emergency Department, where everyone was professional and took good care of my wife and the issue she was there for. Thanks to the personnel at Mercy, she's on the mend already.

My doctor was very professional and knew what was wrong with my child immediately. Had us transferred to Akron kids in no time!

The doctors and nurses at mercy or great very friendly and took the time to make sure all my needs was met I highly recommend this hospital
The doctor was very nice and understanding,but the nurses on the other hand were terrible the even made faces when their back was turned to me!!!!! Union Hospital is definitely better
the wait time for discharging after diagnosis by doctor took way longer than usual
I love the maternity ward they toke care of me when my son was born i want
Just recently had my son here...and the staff was excellent!!! Everyone was so nice...the hospitals pediatrician...ALL of the nurses...house keeping...and the people who answered your calls for room service & brought it to you!! Everyone was very helpful and it made our stay there very comfortable!! Thankyouuu!!
