Shout out to the phlebotomist at Jackson Stat Care Wednesday 03.22.17. She did an excellent job drawing my blood with no bruising after the fact. I also have to lay down to give blood and this tends to make some nervous. She handled it wonderfully
Nurses and Dr was the nicest I've seen in a while. All around great experience
I spent 20 days all together at Mercy in2016 one unite aortic that time I could have died. Maybe it was the floor but I always had good treatment. I had one med tech I will always watch out for bc my family is a medical family. And everytime she took my blood she left a really bad bruise even after I asked her to stop doing what she was doing. It may have been easier for her but it took a long time for the clots in the two ares used to heal.
They added a new medicine, but failed to call it in with my other medicine, yesterday. Last appointment, they didn't listen to me, when I told them that I couldn't take the increased dose on my B/P medicine. So, not feeling too confident about the Healthcare at this place. I may have to look for a family doctor, elsewhere.
I have been here since 5:00 pm. Still waiting in the ER for a room to be cleaned for 3 1/2 hours so I can be admitted. Don't come here. it is now 12:30 am
My mother fell down the stairs and was unconscious for awhile. They didn't even give her an ibuprofen before we left. We were told arrangements would be made to transport us back to Alliance. They gave us two bus passes that doesn't run for two more hours. This place is disgusting. I wouldn't take my cat here. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.
I shouldn't give it a no star 0 stars lazy ass workers
The people were friendly professional and really concerned.
