The staff was very helpful and even assembled a fan because my room was too hot. And for as many times as they poked me for blood or IV, they nailed on the 1st time !!! �
ER sucks, and the Ambulatory care clinic sucks. ER is DIRTY, and the doctors are rude. I've been sitting in the care clinic for two hours waiting to be seen. My appointment was at 9:45am. It's currently 11:44am.
I come to the hospital with infection running though my whole body the surgeon admitted me took very good care of me luckily for me no emergency surgery i would like to thank the hospital staff for being very professional i have only stayed here over night once i will go to this hospital again
This place is going downhill... waited 2 hours in the Er then an hour in the room just for them to listen to me breathe press on my back and tell me to go home and call my back dr the next morning... I broke my back and was having severe back issues to where I could hardly walk!! What a joke this place is getting to be!!! Starting to get like Alliance

Exeptional care and customer service from every single staff member we cam in contact with!! Their Heart Center rocks!!
It was something that I ask them to make an appointment for seeing doctor.. I called them twice I know. But they blocked me somehow the only reason for called them twice. Also people there were very rude. I will not tell my people to go to mercy hospital.
